Microcomputer DBMS: the front runners today

DBMSFeatures
FoxProFast, old-fashioned (fixed length fields, etc.), Dbase-like, Poor user interface, good relational facilities, Not available on Lab computers, multi-platform.
Filemaker ProSlow, low-capacity, good user interface, easy to use and learn, available on Micro Lab computers, multi-platform.
AccessWindows only, fast, still a bit primitive in data structures. OODBMS. Not available generally on Lab computers.
