SEI initiates encoding proposal work, and shepherds proposals to completion, through the formal review, revision, and committee approval processes. SEI prepares periodic liaison reports for UTC, tracking status and progress of SEI activities, and also prepares summaries of UTC meetings. This page contains links to public copies of documents of both types.

UTC Meeting Summariess

The following summaries of Unicode Technical Committee meetings were written for Linguistics Society of America members and the UC Berkeley community by Deborah Anderson, liaison to the Unicode Consortium for the LSA and representative for UC Berkeley. The purpose of these summaries is to keep interested UCB parties and LSA members informed of UTC decisions that might impact them.
