SEI initiates encoding proposal work, and shepherds proposals to completion, through the formal review, revision, and committee approval processes. SEI prepares periodic liaison reports for UTC, tracking status and progress of SEI activities, and also prepares summaries of UTC meetings. UTC Meeting Summariess
